Ripped off $$$

Everything was going well and I had spent lots of money on coins and gems and then all of a sudden, after I was up to 200 gems and up to Level 115...it quit! It put me back to the very BEGINNING ! Dont know what happened, but I can say Im not very. Happy being ripped off. Very disappointing in this company !
