Its a well thought out game that begs to be played it has a few glitches like during tournaments the bonus game plays but the payout is not added to my tourney totals aside from that good game

Ive been enjoying the challenge of getting gems and suddenly, for two days, ever since I updated the ap.....no more daily/weekly bonus strip! Either a rip-off or a glitch but not worth playing if it continues.

I loved this game until recently. Everyday now after I pay my $100,000-$200,000 to play a game I get knocked out of the game then lose all those coins. Message usually says" Oops u lost connection" which is not so. If this continues to happen I am deleting this game. I have been playing faithfully and moving up levels without a problem.it is frustrating to lose mega coins a day through no fault of my own. Fix this game or I am deleting it. Dont need the frustration!

Bought chips and didnt get them. Try to open the second slot and the game crashes. Signed up for a tournament took my chips then game crashed. Dont get this game. Waste of time and waste of money. No support to contact either.

Up until now, game has been fun and entertaining ... However the game seems to have reset itself??? Now I have lost over 500 gems and I dont have access to advanced game modules until I build up more gems or buy them just I have access, I have also lost 40 million points and my game meter was shy of winning 500 gems ... Is there a bug fix for this or do you have any additional solutions ... Regards ... Frustrated and confused slots player

No, the problem hasnt been fixed. Yesterday the game wiped out all my winnings, 700,000,000 points or more, 500 or so gems, and a metre showing 19/20 stars so I was on my way to winning 500 more gems. I was arbitrarily taken back to a beginners game with a beginners score. How bad is that!! If there is no quick fix for this, the game need to be unceremoniously dumped from the app store.

I do enjoy ur games. However, myself, my husband, my mother-in-law, & friends play "Blackjack" EVERY NIGHT, like clock work!!!! What is wrong with the "Blackjack" section of ur game? All of us can get 2 the "Challenge "World", but we cant go any further b/c on 6 different devices, it tells us 2 "retry", due 2 the Internet connection!!!! There is nothing wrong with the Internet connection & all of the other games that we play work just fine. This has been for the past 4 days now!!!! Can u please repair the problem already so that we can play the game? I know that there were a couple of players that were "stuck" on the same board, n the same seat, every night. The 1 # ended n 541 & the other # ended n 294. I know for a fact that it is not on our end, so can u PLEASE repair this problem as soon as possible?!!!! It would b greatly appreciated by all of us!!!! U NEVER DID HELP ME WITH MY LAST PROBLEM & I am hoping that someone will actually read this & do something about it by tonight!!!!!
